By using the Tattoo Tattva platform (the "Service") — including the website, booking system, and sticker store — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tattoo Tattva provides an online booking system for temporary tattoo application services at festival and pop-up events. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services rendered by independent artists at third-party event venues.
Cancellations made before your booked date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations on the day of the event or after are non-refundable. Refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Tattoo Tattva coins have no monetary value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may expire or be discontinued at any time. Coins cannot be redeemed for cash.
Physical products are subject to availability. Shipping timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including circumventing booking limits, abusing referral codes, or providing false information. We may cancel bookings and restrict access for misconduct.
All designs, artwork, branding, and content are the property of Tattoo Tattva or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tattoo Tattva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
